When you use the free AI Visibility Score tool, we collect the URL you submit for scoring. If you create an account or purchase a plan, we collect your email address, billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details), and usage data related to your domains and scans. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use your data
URL submissions are used solely to generate your AI visibility score and improve our scoring model. Email addresses are used to deliver your account, send scan reports, and occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic and OpenAI APIs (AI processing), and standard analytics. Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and authentication. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some platform features may not function correctly without them.
Data retention
Score results for anonymous visitors are retained for 30 days. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
