FAQ
Common Questions About Zygur
Revenue attribution and optimization for HVAC and home service companies.
What does Zygur actually do?
Zygur is a revenue attribution and optimization platform for HVAC and home service companies. You connect the tools you already use — ServiceTitan, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CallRail, Google Business Profile — and Zygur shows you exactly which channels are producing booked jobs, which are wasting money, and where the gaps are. The platform is powered by Hayli AI, which monitors your numbers 24/7 and surfaces what needs attention.
What is the managed service and how is it different from the platform?
The platform is self-serve — you connect your tools and use the dashboard yourself. The managed service means we handle everything for you: setting up and maintaining your integrations, keeping data clean, monitoring the dashboard, and running the playbook (reactivation campaigns, ad optimization, local visibility) based on what the numbers show. The platform is the product. The managed service is the done-for-you tier on top of it.
Why do I need an attribution platform? Can't I just ask my vendors what's working?
Your Google Ads vendor will tell you your ads are working. Your SEO agency will tell you rankings are up. Your reactivation vendor will tell you opens are high. None of them will show you cost per booked job across all channels in one place — because they only see their own piece. Zygur connects everything so you can see the full picture and make decisions based on actual revenue, not vanity metrics.
What integrations does Zygur support?
Current roadmap includes ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CallRail, Google Business Profile, HubSpot, and Gmail/Outlook. ServiceTitan is the highest priority since it's the source of truth for jobs and revenue. New integrations are added based on what the customer base actually uses.
What is "cost per booked job" and why does it matter more than cost per lead?
Cost per lead tells you how many people clicked or filled out a form. Cost per booked job tells you how many of those actually turned into revenue. For HVAC companies, the gap between leads and booked jobs is where most marketing spend disappears — low-quality leads, slow response times, missed calls. Zygur tracks the full funnel from ad spend to booked job so you know what a channel actually costs to produce real revenue.
What is RevOps and why does it matter for HVAC companies?
RevOps (Revenue Operations) means aligning your marketing, sales, and service delivery into one connected system — so nothing falls through the cracks and every dollar of ad spend is traceable to a real outcome. For HVAC companies, that means knowing which ad produced which call, which call became which job, and which job came from which customer in your database. Most HVAC companies have never had this clarity. Zygur is built to give it to them.
Who is behind Zygur?
Zygur was founded by Aaron West, who has spent 20 years doing marketing, lead generation, and automation for local service businesses — including two that grew from zero to millions in revenue. References are available upon request.
